Wells Fargo is seeking an Information Security Engineering Senior Manager to lead their encryption, tokenization, and key management technologies team. This leadership position requires deep expertise in Information Technology and Information Security, particularly in encryption/tokenization and key management technologies. The role involves managing teams working with hardware security modules (HSMs), security appliances, and application encryption. The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading teams and collaborating with executive leadership in a large enterprise environment. Working in a hybrid model (3 days/week onsite), you'll partner across Wells Fargo's Technology Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and business units to drive information protection initiatives, support business priorities, and manage resources effectively. Requirements For Information Security Engineering Senior Manager
- 10+ years of strategic technology leadership experience
- 10+ years of experience building, leading, managing, and mentoring high-performance engineering teams
- 5+ years of experience in leadership role specific to encryption/key management
- 10+ years Experience with HSM vendor products
- 2+ years experience with Programming/scripting for cryptographic libraries
- Knowledge of information security frameworks and standards
- Experience with HSM solutions and hybrid deployments
- 3+ years experience with Agile practices
