Responsibilities For Lead AI/ML Engineer
- Design, develop, deploy AI applications using LM's, agent framework, and other related technologies
- Collaborate with enterprise teams to integrate LLM models with existing CCIBT products and systems
- Develop and maintain large scale applications
- Stay up to date with latest advancements in AI, LLM, agentic frameworks
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Ensure systems are monitored to increase operational efficiency
- Lead, design, develop, test and implement applications and system components
- Resolve coding, testing and escalated platform issues
- Lead team to ensure compliance and risk management requirements
- Mentor junior software engineers
Requirements For Lead AI/ML Engineer
- 5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- 4+ year of experience in Capital Markets Technology
- 5+ years of Java, Python, OpenShift containers experience
- 3+ years of data engineering
- 3+ years of AI and ML concepts experience
- 2+ years of Experience with SDLC and Agile tools
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence or related field (desired)
- Knowledge of Chatbots, Copilot, GPT-4o (preferred)
- Certification in AI, machine learning or related field (desired)
