Description For Lead Software Engineer

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join their Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Technology (CCIBT) team. This role offers an opportunity to lead complex technology initiatives and drive the build and rollout of new applications within cloud environments. The position combines technical leadership with hands-on development, focusing on Salesforce platform development and integration.

The role requires expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL, along with strong experience in object-oriented design patterns. The ideal candidate will have additional experience with nCino, commercial lending business, and various development tools including Jenkins, GitHub, and Auto Rabit.
