This role focuses on leading Lending transformation efforts, working with nCino/Salesforce platform. The position requires extensive experience in software engineering, particularly with Force.com Platform and Salesforce development. The ideal candidate will lead complex technology initiatives, develop standards, and collaborate with senior technical teams. Responsibilities For Lead Software Engineer
- Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact
- Act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs
- Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions
- Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor
- Collaborate and consult with key technical experts and senior technology team
Requirements For Lead Software Engineer
- 7+ years of Software Engineering experience
- 7+ years of experience with Force.com Platform (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Unit Testing)
- 7+ years of Salesforce Development Experience
- 7+ years of knowledge and experience in object-oriented design patterns and development
