Mainframe Engineering Manager

Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Mainframe Engineering Manager to lead their Core Banking Deposits team within the Consumer Technology organization. The position offers a competitive salary range of $111,100 - $197,500 and requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of software engineering experience and 2 years of leadership experience, with specific knowledge of mainframe applications.

As Engineering Manager, you'll be responsible for upskilling and managing engineering teams, ensuring architectural compliance, and driving technological innovation. The role involves close collaboration with product managers, architects, and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality banking solutions. You'll play a key role in modernization efforts, including cloud readiness and application modernization strategies.
