Senior Applications Support Engineer

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Specialty Systems Operations Engineer to join their Commercial Mortgage Servicing (CMS) Group within Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Technology (CCIBT). This critical position supports setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Commercial Mortgage Servicing systems. The role involves providing support to internal and external applications, day-to-day business user support, system monitoring, technical refresh activities, application migration, batch monitoring, and BCP activities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in systems engineering, application production support, and monitoring tools. They should be proficient in automation using various scripting languages and have strong knowledge of infrastructure domains. The position requires working in a 24/7 environment and the ability to handle on-call responsibilities.
