Senior Lead Architect/Developer Principle Engineer

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Architect/Developer Principal Engineer for their Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) Capital Markets division. This role focuses on leading the Spread Modernization initiatives, encompassing Credit, Municipal, and Structured Products asset classes. The position involves modernizing core post-trade processing systems and contributing to the expansion of CORE Trading and Risk framework. The framework manages real-time Position Management, Pricing, Risk, and PNL for Front Office traders, along with PNL Reconciliation and EOD risk analytics.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to optimize business operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management and leadership skills, particularly in matrix environments.
