As an IT Support Engineer/Sr IT Support Engineer, you'll be the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance. You'll troubleshoot various IT issues, ensure smooth system operations, and provide excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system
• Troubleshooting Google Workspace, Okta, MacOS, and MDM issues
• Resolving problems with web services like Slack and Asana
• Configuring new employee workstations
• Maintaining detailed records of user requests and resolutions
• Developing technical documentation and delivering user training

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years of experience in technical support, focusing on Google Workspace and MacOS
• Strong skills in Google Workspace administration, Okta, MacOS, MDM, and web services
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
