As a Senior iOS Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting the future of Welltech's iOS application. You'll lead the development and maintenance of core systems while mentoring a talented team of engineers. The role requires 5+ years of commercial iOS development experience, expert-level Swift and SwiftUI proficiency, deep understanding of iOS frameworks, and experience with various aspects of iOS development including API integration, architectural patterns, and performance optimization. Leadership and mentorship skills are crucial, as is excellent communication and collaboration ability.

Responsibilities For Senior iOS Engineer
- Design, develop, and maintain new features and systems
- Take full responsibility for the performance, reliability, and scalability of systems
- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code
- Optimize the app for speed, efficiency, and security
- Guide and mentor fellow engineers
- Keep up with the latest iOS technologies, trends, and best practices
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests
- Work closely with product management to refine requirements
- Participate in the hiring process
- Own the launch and post-launch performance of systems
Requirements For Senior iOS Engineer
- 5+ years of commercial iOS development experience
- Expert-level Swift and SwiftUI proficiency
- Deep understanding of UIKit and essential CocoaTouch APIs
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs into client-server applications
- Familiarity with architectural patterns like MVP, MVVM, MVC, UDF, and Clean
- Skilled in code testing, performance optimization, and memory leak debugging
- Experience with in-app purchases, Notification Extensions, and HealthKit
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience with tools like Bitrise or Fastlane
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills
- Experience leading cross-functional projects or initiatives
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency
