Description For Systems Engineer

We are seeking experienced Systems Engineers to join our innovative team working on both L3+ Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and L4 Autonomous Driving (AD) Systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of autonomous driving technology, working with cutting-edge AI and autonomous systems.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in systems engineering principles, particularly in ADAS and AD technologies, combined with strong understanding of AI-based systems. You'll be responsible for developing and validating complex autonomous driving systems, defining performance metrics, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities For Systems Engineer

  • Conduct systems engineering analyses to accelerate system development
  • Define ADAS and AD system performance metrics and monitor system performance
  • Develop system validation strategy and test methodologies
  • Assess readiness of commercial deployment
  • Conduct safety risk assessment
  • Develop ADAS and AD system architecture with different vehicle platforms
  • Ensure systems comply with regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with engineering, product and operations teams
  • Mentor junior systems engineers

Requirements For Systems Engineer

  • Deep understanding of system engineering principles and methodologies
  • Deep understanding of AI-based system metrics development and performance validation
  • Pragmatic and innovative problem-solving skills
  • Clear verbal and written communications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Flexibility to work with teams in different time zones
