Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (Business Systems)

WHOOP is on a mission to unlock human performance through wearable technology and data insights. As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer on the Business Systems team, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the quality of their ecommerce and business systems platform. You'll work on critical workflows for business operations, including ecommerce orders, shipping and logistics, and subscription management.

The role involves designing and executing comprehensive test strategies, working directly with product management to understand business requirements, and collaborating closely with development teams. You'll be responsible for both automation and manual testing, focusing on end-to-end quality assurance of business-critical systems.

This position offers the opportunity to work with modern technologies and frameworks, including Java, Python, SQL, and various automation tools. You'll be part of a cross-functional team that values quality and customer experience, working in WHOOP's Boston office.
