Senior Software Engineer (DevOps)

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving large-scale architecture projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement highly scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure. You'll be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining WHOOP's Kubernetes clusters on AWS
• Driving architectural discussions to improve scalability, resiliency, and security
• Leading developer productivity improvements through tooling and integration
• Bringing a security-first mindset to all activities
• Educating other teams on solutions to improve software delivery
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
• Shaping the roadmap for infrastructure management at WHOOP

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Kubernetes, experience with multi-cluster networking, and expertise in developing RESTful applications. You should be able to gather feedback from stakeholders, prioritize work, and measure workflow performance to remove bottlenecks.
