Williamsburg Learning, an educational services provider, is seeking a Front-End Web Developer & Content Designer to join their Digital Marketing Team. This remote position, available only to residents of Utah and Colorado, offers a competitive salary range of $60,000-$70,000 annually.

The role combines front-end development expertise with content design responsibilities, working within the Admissions Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining responsive websites using HubSpot and WordPress CMS, creating optimized digital marketing content, and ensuring website technical health.

Key responsibilities include customizing CMS themes, applying SEO best practices, managing content creation, and participating in departmental initiatives. The position requires proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with experience in responsive design and CMS management.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in front-end development or digital content creation. They should be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working effectively in a remote environment.

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance responsive, user-friendly websites within HubSpot and WordPress CMS
  • Create and optimize digital marketing content and landing pages
  • Create and modify CMS page templates using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Customize CMS themes and templates to align with branding
  • Apply SEO best practices for on-page optimization
  • Update CMS core, themes, plugins, and third-party integrations
  • Optimize website performance and maintain technical health
  • Manage content creation and documentation
  • Participate in weekly Admissions Department meetings

Requirements For Front-End Web Developer & Content Designer (UT & CO ONLY)

JavaScript
  • Bachelor's degree in Web Design & Development, Web Development, Digital Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years in front-end development, CMS management, or digital content creation
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
