Description For Adobe MarTech Engineer

As a Growth Marketing Engineer at WillowTree, you will be at the forefront of empowering Fortune 500 companies to achieve their digital transformation goals using the Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem. Your expertise in applications such as Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Customer Data Platform (CDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Campaign, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) will be crucial in the end-to-end creation, evolution, and enablement of personalized user experiences within the world's best digital products.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct discovery engagements to determine a client's optimal marketing tech stack and architecture within the Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem.
  • Lead complex business/technical integrations across various client apps and MarTech tools.
  • Create technical documentation for engineers.
  • Drive ongoing client success and satisfaction.
  • Train clients on how to maximize the potential of their mobile growth stack.
  • Manage ongoing marketing service engagements and data reporting.
  • Calibrate technology platforms to align with business metrics.
  • Resolve a wide range of customer needs.
  • Develop relationships with mobile technology vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of various growth tools across the MarTech landscape.
  • Deep expertise in the design, implementation, and maintenance of MarTech stack best practices.
  • Master's Degree with 2+ years of experience OR Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of experience OR 6+ years of professional experience.
  • Experience with data planning, orchestration, and advanced reporting.
  • Strong consultative and communication skills.
  • Proven success leading diverse teams and mentoring colleagues.
  • Advanced knowledge of data-driven marketing best practices.
