As an AEP Engineer at WillowTree, you will be at the forefront of empowering Fortune 500 companies to achieve their digital transformation goals using the Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem. Your expertise in applications such as Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Customer Data Platform (CDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Campaign, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) will be crucial in the end-to-end creation, evolution, and enablement of personalized user experiences within the world's best digital products.
You will conduct discovery engagements, lead complex integrations, create technical documentation, and drive client success. Your responsibilities will include training clients, managing marketing service engagements, and developing relationships with mobile technology vendors.
The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of various MarTech tools, deep expertise in designing and implementing MarTech stacks, and experience with data planning and integration. You should have strong consultative skills, the ability to lead multi-phase projects, and proven success in leading diverse teams.

Responsibilities For AEP Engineer
- Conduct discovery engagements to determine a client's optimal marketing tech stack and architecture within the Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem
- Lead complex business/technical integrations across various client apps and MarTech tools
- Create technical documentation for engineers
- Drive ongoing client success and satisfaction
- Train clients on how to maximize the potential of their mobile growth stack
- Manage ongoing marketing service engagements, outcomes-based analytics, and data reporting
- Calibrate technology platforms to align with business metrics
- Resolve a wide range of customer needs
- Develop relationships with mobile technology vendors
Requirements For AEP Engineer
- Advanced knowledge of various growth tools across the MarTech landscape, especially Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Customer Data Platform (CDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Adobe Campaign
- Deep expertise in the design, implementation, integration, and maintenance of best practices and ideal architecture for a company's MarTech stack
- Either a Master's Degree with 2+ years of experience, a Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of experience, or 6+ years of professional experience in a relevant position
- Experience with data planning, orchestrating client data, integrating with data warehouses and BI tools
- Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and lead multi-phase projects
- Strong consultative skills, including exceptional written and verbal communication
- Proven success leading diverse teams
- Advanced knowledge of data-driven marketing best practices
