We're establishing a new AI organization and seeking an AI Product Engineer to spearhead our LLM initiatives. This role combines cutting-edge AI technology with blockchain innovation, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of crypto trading.
As our AI Product Engineer, you'll be instrumental in developing and implementing LLM-based systems, working closely with the AI Technical Product Manager. You'll lead LLM deployment in end-to-end AI products, focusing on state-of-the-art prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model integration. Your expertise will be crucial in building AI solutions that enhance WOO's product portfolio.
The role demands strong technical skills in AI frameworks, including TensorFlow and PyTorch, along with experience in both open-source and closed-source LLMs. You'll work on sophisticated prompt engineering, model benchmarking, and integration with Agentic platforms and RAG systems. This position offers the chance to work with a global team of 200 professionals across 12 cities, contributing to both DeFi and CeFi ecosystems.

Responsibilities For AI Product Engineer
- Design, develop, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Develop sophisticated prompt engineering techniques and fine-tune models
- Conduct comprehensive performance benchmarking of various LLMs
- Integrate LLMs into Agentic platforms
- Integrate LLMs with RAG systems
- Design and manage complex AI workflows
- Build and iterate on AI prototypes
- Work closely with cross-functional teams
Requirements For AI Product Engineer
- 3+ years of experience in product engineering with focus on AI product development
- Experience in delivering tech and execution roadmaps
- Strong familiarity with mainstream AI development frameworks
- Proficient in selecting and deploying Large Language Models
- Experience in fine-tuning LLMs
- Skilled in benchmarking LLMs
- Expertise in integrating LLMs into Agentic platforms
- Proficient with deep learning frameworks
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
