Responsibilities For Lab Engineer
- Setting up new user accounts, computers & mobile devices
- Analyzing and repairing hardware and software malfunctions
- Interfacing with third parties for manufacturer and vendor support
- Managing equipment shipping and delivery
- Communicating with clients and team members
- Maintaining physical presence in Worksighted offices
- Creating and updating client environment documentation
- Meeting device deployment and CSAT rating standards
- Maintaining accurate service tickets and timesheets
Requirements For Lab Engineer
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in Information Technology
- Basic knowledge of user account creation and management
- Knowledge of computer hardware, mobile devices, software, and operating systems
- Ability to work with others and communicate effectively
- Customer-first orientation
- Ability to make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment
