Responsibilities For Lab Engineer

  • Setting up new user accounts, computers & mobile devices
  • Analyzing and repairing hardware and software malfunctions
  • Interfacing with third parties for manufacturer and vendor support
  • Managing equipment shipping and delivery
  • Communicating with clients and team members
  • Maintaining physical presence in Worksighted offices
  • Creating and updating client environment documentation
  • Meeting device deployment and CSAT rating standards
  • Maintaining accurate service tickets and timesheets

Requirements For Lab Engineer

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in Information Technology
  • Basic knowledge of user account creation and management
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, mobile devices, software, and operating systems
  • Ability to work with others and communicate effectively
  • Customer-first orientation
  • Ability to make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment
