Responsibilities For Implementation Engineer
- Lead the implementation process for newly acquired clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical insights during the post sales phase
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to meet client expectations
- Create and deliver technical product demonstrations tailored to specific business needs
- Coordinate with internal teams to address technical questions and provide support
- Conduct customer training sessions and develop support materials
- Gather customer feedback post-implementation and relay it to the product development team
- Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements in FinTech and AI
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to identify upsell opportunities and create support materials
Requirements For Implementation Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in implementation, preferably in software or startup environments
- Basic understanding of AI technologies and their applications in the FinTech industry
- Technical skills in SQL, Node.js, and React
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts
- Problem-solving aptitude and a customer-centric mindset
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
