Wrike is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Senior IT System Engineer to join their multicultural IT team. This remote US position is based in Dallas with potential travel across US locations, primarily to the Bay Area. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for employees, managing hardware inventory, and leading IT cross-team projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for US employees' technical requests
- Managing Mobile Device Management platforms (Jamf for Macs, MEM for Windows)
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Collaborating with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Supporting occasional events with AV equipment
The ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field with 3-5 years of experience
- Knowledge of MDMs, Okta, Google Workspace, and Microsoft stack
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Experience with server and network hardware and infrastructure
Additional valuable skills include:
- Understanding of information security principles
- Scripting skills in Python/Bash/PowerShell
- Experience with enterprise-grade infrastructure and SaaS solutions
