Developer Experience (DX) Engineer

Writer, a leading full-stack generative AI platform, is seeking a Senior Developer Experience (DX) Engineer to join their Developer Relations team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to shape the developer experience for a cutting-edge AI company that serves major enterprises like Accenture, Intuit, and Salesforce.

The position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and communication skills, with a focus on creating and maintaining high-quality SDKs and documentation. As a DX Engineer, you'll be responsible for managing API specifications, implementing new endpoints in SDKs, and creating comprehensive documentation for Writer's AI Studio. The role requires proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, along with experience in OpenAPI specifications, YAML, MDX, and Git workflows.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of relevant experience and a deep understanding of developer experience principles. You'll be joining a fast-growing company with over 250 employees across office hubs in San Francisco, New York City, Austin, Chicago, and London.
