Wyetech is seeking a Network Engineer 2 to join their team in supporting federal government customers. This role combines technical expertise with mission-critical responsibilities in a security-focused environment. The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance and extensive experience in network engineering.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network solutions, including LAN/CAN/WAN administration, VPNs, firewalls, and various network optimization tasks. Responsibilities For Network Engineer 2

  • Design solutions, integrate, configure, deploy, test and maintain network devices
  • Optimize end-to-end system performance and dataflow management
  • Configure and optimize network connections between front-end and back-end components
  • Implement network solutions including load-balancing, VPNs, firewalls, VoIP, and IPSec
  • Manage network diagrams and accreditations
  • Provide guidance to junior Network Engineers
  • Develop network and mission architecture designs

Requirements For Network Engineer 2

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph
  • Eight years of relevant professional experience in Network Engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Information Assurance Technical (IAT) level II baseline certification
  • Cisco certification
  • US Citizenship
