Responsibilities For System Engineer 1

  • Manage system requirements and derived requirements
  • Contribute to systems engineering documentation
  • Assist with system requirements development
  • Coordinate resolution of action items from Configuration Control Board meetings
  • Participate in Integrated Product Team
  • Generate alternative system concepts and architectures
  • Define verification methods and processes
  • Develop system design solutions
  • Review and provide input to program work breakdown structure
  • Participate in interface definition and design
  • Derive lower-level requirements from higher-level requirements
  • Develop requirements for Information Assurance Services

Requirements For System Engineer 1

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline (or 5 years additional SE experience)
  • Seven years' experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope
  • Experience with Confluence and Jira
  • US Citizenship required
