XBorg is at the forefront of revolutionizing the gaming and esports industry through innovative applications that transform how players engage with their digital experiences. Our mission is to empower the next generation of players by creating systems that truly reward their time and effort in gaming and social activities.

We've successfully developed a white-label solution for fan engagement that's already being utilized by prestigious esports teams including Team Liquid, Ninjas In Pyjamas, and Team BDS. Having raised over $9M in community funding and launched our XBG token, we're now expanding our technical team to scale our impact.

As our Front-End Software Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in building and maintaining the user interfaces that will serve millions of players and fans. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies like Next.js 14 and TypeScript, leading front-end development initiatives while collaborating closely with our back-end team to create seamless, high-performance applications.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of software development experience, with deep expertise in TypeScript and Next.js, particularly server components. Your ability to handle complex state management and create responsive designs will be essential. A passion for gaming or knowledge of Web3 technologies would be a valuable addition to your technical skills.

Join us and enjoy benefits including competitive compensation with token incentives, flexible remote work, regular team gaming sessions, bi-yearly retreats, and support for professional development. This is your chance to be part of a well-funded startup that's making a real impact in the gaming and esports space.
