Responsibilities For IT Support Engineer (BIKE)
- Assist in installation and configuration of PCs, workstations, operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices
- Provide first-level on-site IT support on 24x7 rotational shift including public holidays
- Investigate and resolve issues, providing timely updates to Project Manager on major escalations
- Perform daily health checks and inventory assessments
- Troubleshoot and maintain PCs, peripherals, and applications in Windows environment
Requirements For IT Support Engineer (BIKE)
- Prior exposure to IT operational environments
- Strong collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently
- Certification in Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma (IT focus preferred)
- Passion for IT Service Management
- Willingness to work rotational shifts
