Description For Senior C# .Net Developer
XE is seeking a senior backend developer to join their team. Reporting to the Director of Software Engineering, the senior backend developer will contribute to building their world-class money transfer product focusing on corporate users. The platform uses C# .NET, Vue.js, Amazon Web Services (AWS), GitHub CI/CD, and the latest open-source testing frameworks.
XE provides a comprehensive range of currency services and products, including Currency Converter, Market Analysis, Currency Data API and Money Transfers for individuals and businesses. They leverage technology to deliver these services through their website, mobile apps and by phone. Last year, they helped nearly 300 million people access information about currencies and over 150,000 people used them to send money overseas. Thousands of businesses relied on them for information about currency markets, advice on managing foreign exchange risk, or trusted them with business-critical international payments.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for backend development in C# .NET or full-stack development and be familiar with one of the mainstream JavaScript frameworks.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience developing in C# .NET framework, including WinForms
- Experience with building RESTful APIs
- Experience with AWS services, including serverless services
- Ability to solve computer problems efficiently
- Ability to understand and use data structures
- Ability to adapt quickly and develop an in-depth technical understanding of new applications and complex technologies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A passion for learning
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience with Vue.js, React or Angular frameworks
- Experience in the finance domain
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with Agile/Scrum
- Experience with GitHub CI/CD
- Experience with Oracle SQL
