Growth Engineer Lead

Xepelin is seeking a Growth Engineer Lead to join their dynamic team and lead a group of engineers focused on driving company acquisition and growth. This strategic role involves heading a growing team of 6+ high-performance engineers responsible for accelerating growth and leveraging cutting-edge technology for Revenue teams in Chile and Mexico.

The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with growth strategy, leading initiatives to improve customer acquisition and activation through experimentation, technology, and creativity. They'll be responsible for building efficient products, developing experiments/MVPs, and making data-driven decisions in collaboration with product, commercial, and marketing teams.

This position offers a unique opportunity for someone passionate about applying technology and product solutions to solve growth challenges, optimize flows, and enhance user experience. The role requires both technical depth and leadership skills, as you'll be guiding a team focused on rapid execution while working closely with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include becoming an expert in B2B Growth strategy, understanding the customer funnel through data analytics, creating user-facing experiments, and iterating on solutions for continuous improvement. The role requires a blend of technical skills, including advanced SQL and experience with modern development frameworks, along with strong leadership and communication abilities.
