Lead Engineer, Product Site Reliability Engineer

Xero is seeking a Lead Engineer for their Product Site Reliability Engineering team to drive excellence in system reliability and observability. This role combines technical leadership with strategic thinking, requiring a seasoned professional who can build and lead high-performing SRE teams.
