Senior Engineer - Salesforce Sales Cloud

Xero, a leading business automation platform, is seeking a Senior Engineer for their Salesforce Sales Cloud team. This role is part of the Grow domain within Xero's Customer Platforms group, focusing on Customer Acquisition and Engagement. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge Salesforce technologies including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CRM Analytics.

As a Senior Engineer, you'll be responsible for enhancing and supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud platforms, developing custom solutions, and ensuring sustainable engineering practices. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to improve customer engagement and deliver innovative solutions that help scale Xero's capabilities.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce development, including proficiency in Apex, Flows, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and API integrations. Experience with modern development practices, including CI/CD and automated testing, is essential.
