Solutions Engineer

We're seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, proposing solutions to real business problems using technical expertise. You'll work closely with the Sales team to sell manufacturing processes across North America.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting discovery meetings to uncover business and technical requirements
• Consulting with prospects and customers to identify applications of Xometry technology
• Demonstrating Xometry capabilities, including our software quoting platform
• Supporting internal teams by providing feedback and content for marketing collateral
• Serving as an industry thought leader at events and webinars

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3-7+ years of experience in engineering or a technical field
• An engineering degree (mechanical preferred) or related technical degree
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes
• Comfort with technical discussions and executive-level presentations
• Experience preparing technical solutions for business proposals
• CAD experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
