XperiencOps Inc is seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer to join their team in Pleasanton, CA. This role focuses on supporting and enhancing IT infrastructure while ensuring reliability, security, and efficiency of systems. Responsibilities For IT Systems Engineer
- Support onboarding and offboarding process by setting up and deactivating user accounts and devices
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies across various systems
- Deploy and maintain enterprise applications
- Develop and document IT procedures, troubleshooting guides, and best practices
- Assist with IT security initiatives, including patch management, endpoint protection, and access controls
Requirements For IT Systems Engineer
- 5 years of experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, or a related field
- Experience with scripting and automation (Python, Powershell, Power Automate, Zapier, Workato, Jira workflow automation)
- Experience managing identity management platforms (Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, etc.)
- Experience with SaaS applications such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Atlassian Jira and Confluence, GitHub, LucidApps, etc.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
