This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing skills, ideal for engaging with customers in both pre-sales and post-sales phases. The position involves working closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, demonstrate product capabilities, and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing custom solutions and preparing technical proposals
- Conducting product demonstrations
- Providing pre-sales and post-sales support

- Serving as a bridge between customers and product development teams

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical roles like Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering
- Strong technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of IT operations, device lifecycle management, and employee onboarding/offboarding processes
- Knowledge of automations for improving operational efficiency
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively
- Proven customer relationship management skills
- Collaborative mindset for cross-team work
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer engagements
