The position operates on a specific shift schedule (15:00 - 00:00 Monday to Friday), catering to Yapily's diverse customer base.

Responsibilities For Technical Support Engineer

  • Provide technical guidance to customers on products
  • Liaise with customers and internal experts to drive solutions
  • Manage multiple open issues in help-desk
  • Support major incidents as communication lead
  • Support customers in using APIs
  • Help customers manage accounts and bank integrations
  • Provide clear technical help, both written and verbal
  • Ensure SLA targets are met
  • Advocate for customer needs internally
