Senior Cloud Ops Engineer

Yassir, the leading super App in the Maghreb region, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Ops Engineer to join their Security squad. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure for Yassir's services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both software development and security, with a focus on automating security processes and integrating security into the development lifecycle. You'll collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and services, monitor and troubleshoot production systems, and continuously improve infrastructure and processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure
• Collaborating with engineering teams for seamless integration
• Monitoring and troubleshooting production systems
• Automating deployment and scaling processes
• Continuously improving infrastructure and processes

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Linux administration and scripting (Bash, Python, TypeScript)
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Strong understanding of network protocols and security best practices
• Experience with configuration management tools (Terraform, CDK for Terraform, Pulumi)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
