Yousician, a leading music education technology company, is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join their international team. This role is crucial in providing reliable infrastructure and CI/CD services for the company. The position involves working with cutting-edge technologies including AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and various cloud-native tools.

As an SRE at Yousician, you'll be responsible for maintaining and improving the company's cloud infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, performance, and security. The role requires a balance of hands-on technical work with AWS, Docker, EKS Kubernetes, and various monitoring tools, while also focusing on automation and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication skills, experience with cloud platforms (particularly AWS), and knowledge of container orchestration and Infrastructure as Code. You'll be part of a small, collaborative team that values learning, growth, and mutual support. The position includes participation in an alert rotation schedule, requiring 24/7 responsibility one week per month.

Responsibilities For Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing infrastructure built with AWS, Docker, EKS Kubernetes, Python, MongoDB, Redis, Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry, Loki
  • Make continuous improvements to performance, resilience, scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness
  • Respond to infrastructure requests/issues from internal teams
  • Participate in alert rotation schedule with 24/7 responsibility one week per month

Requirements For Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
