YouTube's Content Partner Engineering (CPE) Team is seeking a Mid-Level Engineer to join their global team focused on growing and scaling YouTube's priority partners. As a Content Partner Engineer, you'll work at the intersection of technical implementation and partner management, leveraging your expertise in web technologies, APIs, and programming to support YouTube's content partners.

The role requires a strong technical foundation with at least 3 years of experience in client-side web technologies and programming languages. You'll be based in Dubai, working with partners in the region, which makes Arabic fluency essential. Your responsibilities will span from technical troubleshooting to enhancing business opportunities through YouTube's technologies.

Responsibilities For Content Partner Engineer, YouTube

  • Identify, drive and enhance the business flow from existing and new business opportunities for YouTube and its content partners by leveraging YouTube technologies
  • Perform implementation and operational reviews, advocate new product features, and ensure the resolution of technical challenges
  • Improve product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering
  • Guarantee the technical aspects of a partner's integration (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance

Requirements For Content Partner Engineer, YouTube

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP)
  • 3 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python)
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers
  • Ability to speak and write in Arabic fluently
  • Experience with Internet video technologies and ad tech space preferred
  • Ability to learn technical concepts and communicate them to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
