This role is crucial in ensuring YouTube builds fair and inclusive products and systems, with a particular emphasis on eliminating bias from automated systems including ranking, nomination, AI generation, and classification.

  • Provide feedback to translate and refine business questions into tractable analysis, evaluation metrics, or mathematical models
