Responsibilities For Engineering Manager, Creator Support, YouTube

  • Hire, ramp-up and manage a diverse team
  • Work with customer engagement, machine learning operations, Gemini and the broader YouTube organization to develop the models powering a Support Assistant based on a Large Language Model (LLM)
  • Work with other cross-functional teams at YouTube to integrate other skills in the assistant (e.g., explaining video performance, resolving Trust and Safety issues)
