Partner Operations Manager, Creator Representation, YouTube

YouTube's user base is growing and changing, presenting unique challenges and opportunities to support over a billion monthly users around the world. The Creator Support Operations team is dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for YouTube's valued Partners and Creators. As a Partner Operations Manager, you will provide YouTube support to creators and companies across Top Creator, Creator third party, Gaming and Shopping verticals. You will become a YouTube product expert, solve day-to-day issues of partners, troubleshoot technical problems, and identify common trends. You'll advocate for partners to cross-functional teams, drive product solutions, develop tools, and improve processes. The role involves working closely with other partner-facing teams to provide value-add services, increase partner happiness and growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing operational support for partners via email and video communication
• Troubleshooting technical issues to maximize partner performance
• Consulting internal stakeholders on the YouTube product
• Working with Strategic Partner Managers and Partner Engineers on account business reviews
• Utilizing metrics to assess data and generate actionable insights

The ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2 years of experience in technical project management or client-facing roles
• Experience with data analysis (SQL, spreadsheets, evaluating campaign and channel performance)
• Project/program management experience in the technology or media industry
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects independently
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
