Policy Enforcement Manager, Youtube Partner Program

YouTube's Trust & Safety team is dedicated to making YouTube a safe place for users, viewers, and content creators worldwide. As a Policy Enforcement Manager for the YouTube Partner Program (YPP), you'll play a crucial role in implementing and enforcing policies across channels. The position involves working with cross-functional teams including Scaled Abuse, Ads Policy, Business generation, Product, and Policy Development to develop and operationalize policies that minimize platform risk. You'll be responsible for reviewing content, managing escalations, developing enforcement guidelines, and working on policy improvements. The role requires strong analytical skills, policy understanding, and the ability to handle sensitive content review. You'll be part of Google's broader Trust & Safety team, working to make the internet safer across all Google products, fighting abuse in areas such as malware, spam, and account hijacking. The team operates globally, supporting users, advertisers, and publishers in over 40 languages.
