Responsibilities For Program Manager III, Mobile Engineering, YouTube
- Facilitate and manage technical projects and drive them to launch
- Work closely with the Engineering team, other Program Managers, User Experience, and cross-functional partners to define requirements, scope, schedule, resourcing, and milestones/tasks
- Manage features with fixed deadlines and manage tasks
- Facilitate team discussions, drive issues to resolution, and help identify risk mitigations
- Ensure launch readiness and coordinate testing, rollout, and post-launch monitoring
Requirements For Program Manager III, Mobile Engineering, YouTube
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in program or project management
- Experience launching Android or iOS applications
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
- Experience as a practicing engineer and/or software engineer utilizing scripting languages
- Ability to scale and navigate large, distributed organizations
- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
