The position involves leading performance and reliability efforts as YouTube scales its Media Engine's Creation Platform across multiple product surfaces. You'll be working on critical features that power major consumer experiences including YouTube Shorts, YouTube Live, and YouTube Create. As a Reliability Lead, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate with product and partner engineering teams, and lead initiatives to improve system performance and reliability.
