Software Engineer III, Mobile (iOS), YouTube Shorts Creation

YouTube is seeking a Software Engineer III for their Mobile (iOS) team, focusing on YouTube Shorts Creation. This role is part of an initiative to make YouTube the best platform for creators to get started and succeed through industry-leading tools and experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in iOS application development, proficiency in Objective-C or Swift, and a strong background in data structures and algorithms.

The role involves building out the creation platform to scale features, increase developer velocity, and share components across YouTube creation. You'll be launching high-impact features that millions of creators will interact with daily and collaborating with various YouTube creation teams to integrate their features into Shorts.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), 2 years of software development experience, and 2 years of iOS application development.
