Google's YouTube Ads team is seeking a Staff User Experience Researcher to join their mission of powering the YouTube ecosystem. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across functions and levels, having impact at all stages of product development.

The team builds various advertising solutions including search, display, shopping, travel, and video advertising, along with analytics capabilities.
