Responsibilities For Technical Product Manager, Support Systems, YouTube

  • Structure and lead the design and development of products, identifying and advocate opportunities to incorporate AI/ML into product development
  • Develop and own the customer support product goals and translate it into a prioritized product backlog
  • Partner with Engineering teams in the creation of detailed systems design, ongoing delivery
  • Communicate with executive business partners and influence executive Business Technology leadership
  • Execute releases successfully by working with stakeholders

Requirements For Technical Product Manager, Support Systems, YouTube

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 9 years of experience of technical solution delivery including data warehousing technical architectures, infrastructure components, ETL/ELT and reporting/analytic tools, web application development, or AI/ML development
  • 9 years of experience in solution engineering or architecture and 5 years of experience managing internal or external partners or customers
  • 2 years of people management experience
  • Experience working with Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) teams or products
  • Experience managing product roadmaps, such as prioritization frameworks, jobs frameworks, empathy maps, product canvas, etc.
