Yubico, the inventor of the YubiKey, is seeking a talented Sales / Solutions Engineer to join their team in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. This role is critical in establishing technical credibility and confidence with prospective clients, leveraging your experience to envision, position, and sell Yubico's products.
As a Solutions Engineer at Yubico, you'll work closely with sales representatives and channel partners to define and communicate how Yubico's solutions can best achieve customer goals. You'll be responsible for becoming a subject matter expert on Yubico's products and ecosystem, strategizing with sales teams, building strong relationships with prospects and existing customers, and conducting successful Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
Key responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in roles requiring direct technical customer interaction, such as Solutions/Sales Engineering or Pre-sales. You should be proficient in configuring and troubleshooting enterprise technologies across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments. Knowledge of security technologies and protocols is essential.
