Responsibilities For Cloud Operations Engineer II
- Build, deploy and maintain Zafin's SaaS environment on public cloud
- Perform periodic maintenance using rolling updates and patch management
- Support BAU for environmental issues and fix root causes
- Design, develop and modify automated deployment processes and pipelines
- Work with engineering and operations teams to define best practices
- Communicate release details to Business stakeholders
- Provide roster-based support and problem resolution
- Mentor and guide the team with technical expertise
Requirements For Cloud Operations Engineer II
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
- 4-10 years of infrastructure deployment experience
- Solid Azure cloud hands-on experience
- Strong knowledge of SRE best practices
- Linux Operating System expertise
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift
- Experience with AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)
- Infrastructure as Code deployment experience
- Scripting skills (Shell, Perl, Ruby, Python)
- Knowledge of JBoss/Wildfly and Postgres
- Experience in log management and monitoring
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
