Cloud Site Reliability Engineer I (CSRE I)

As a Cloud Site Reliability Engineer I (CSRE I), you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing Zafin's cloud infrastructure and applications. Reporting to the VP of Cloud Services, you'll be responsible for ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance while working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service to clients.

The role demands expertise in Azure cloud platform, container orchestration, and incident management. You'll be handling level-3 technical support, conducting Root Cause Analysis for critical incidents, and participating in client escalation calls. The position involves working with cutting-edge technologies like Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), monitoring tools, and automation scripts.
