Responsibilities For Lead Product Engineer
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React, Postgres, Express and Node
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions accordingly
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end
- Build Graphql and REST APIs and integrate them with the front-end applications
- Implement responsive, accessible and user-friendly web interfaces using React, Apollo Client and Prime React
- Optimize application performance for scalability and speed
- Ensure data integrity and security for applications and databases
- Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot issues during development and post-release
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to improve product quality and development practices
Requirements For Lead Product Engineer
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
- In-depth knowledge of back-end development using Node.js, Express.js
- Hands-on experience with Postgres, MongoDB or other SQL/NoSQL databases
- Experience in designing and building RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- Experience architecting solutions end to end including performance, cost and security
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git
- Experience with front-end build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, NPM)
- Understanding of deployment processes using Microsoft Azure cloud platform is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
