Description For Technology Support Engineer

Zafin, founded in 2002, is a leading provider of SaaS product and pricing platforms for top banks globally. Our platform empowers business users to collaboratively design and manage pricing, products, and packages, while enabling technologists to streamline core banking systems.

As a Technology Support Engineer within the Technology Group, you'll join a highly competent global team supporting a cutting-edge mixed cloud and on-premises environment. Your role will involve maintaining cloud applications, platforms, and on-premises infrastructure, as well as identifying and resolving issues to deliver an excellent end-user experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing, administering, and supporting cloud applications and platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, etc.)
  • Providing Help Desk support and managing incidents and service requests
  • Adhering to Change Management processes
  • Participating in Agile project environments
  • Conducting end-user training and preparing documentation

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of IT administration experience
  • Willingness to work PST (Pacific Time) hours
  • Strong knowledge of cloud concepts, especially Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 suite and infrastructure components
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

Linux
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of proven working experience in IT administration

  • Knowledge in cloud concepts, preferably Microsoft Azure
  • Experience in administering Microsoft 365 suite
  • Experience with Infrastructure components
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Confluence
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
