As an Intermediate Developer, you'll be integral to our fully remote team across Canada & US, working with Ruby-on-Rails to tackle complex problems and develop innovative solutions. You'll be responsible for both customer and admin-facing products, managing third-party integrations, and helping architect systems for greater flexibility, reliability, and scale.

The role demands strong technical expertise in Ruby on Rails, with a focus on solving issues around scale, concurrency, and efficient data processing. You'll need mastery of fundamental coding principles, strong SQL skills, and a full-stack mentality.
